It's okay to not be okay.  This doesn't mean anything is wrong with you.

I mean, sure there's lots wrong with you.  But there's lots wrong with everyone.  That's just being human.

The more you think everyone else has their shit together, the more you're lying to yourself.

Remember to breath.  Remember the calm, quiet, confidence you feel when things were good.  That's still there.  Everything is not fucked man.

Depression distorts.  Depression manipulates.  Depression lies.

Life is full of obstacles. Suffering is human.  But suffering can cultivate grit and resilience. 

Be the change.  Fake it till you make it.  Create some positive momentum.  Don't be afraid to look stupid - TRY to look stupid.  Who are your guards protecting you from anyways?

Breathe.  Be present.  Feel your consciousness.  Be loving.  Be kind. 

The storm will pass.  It's going to be okay.
